A support service that assists kuia and koroua Māori to improve their independance and quality of life.
Informing Māori about the availability and range of disability support and social services by facilitating improved access to services in the community.
We acknowledge the isolation experienced by kaumatua who live alone and try to provide a range of experiences to meet their needs.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
- rongoa clinic visits
- referral to other services
- day programmes and regular outings
- annual kaumatua health promotion and screening days
- access to information regarding disability services and benefit entitlements
- support to access hospital and specialist appointments

You can use this service if your whānau:
- lives in the Hutt Valley, Wainuiomata or Upper Hutt regions
- is Māori
- Are 55 years and over
