Most appointments take around fifteen minutes. Our policy is 1 person per appointment.

If you need an audiogram, minor surgery, medicals, or require extra time for several medical issues, then you’ll need to book a half-hour session (extra cost).

Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, so we may offer it to someone else.

If you fail to let us know, you will be charged $10.
